Shipping policy

Pedal Pop orders are shipped via UPS to ensure your popsicles arrive frozen and ready to enjoy.

Shipping Schedule

Processing Day: Orders are processed and shipped every Monday.

Order Cutoff: 12:00 PM (noon) on Sunday. Any orders placed after this time will be shipped the following Monday.

Delivery Requirements

Delivery: Customers must be present when packages arrive to ensure your pops stay frozen. Our shipments contain dry ice  with perishable items that require immediate attention upon delivery.  

Melted Pops Policy

Melted Pops: If your pops arrive melted, please email support@pedalpops.com with photos of your shipment. We will work with you to provide a refund or replacement.

Local Pickup

Local Pickup: Live in the NW Arkansas area and want to skip the delivery fees?  Make sure to indicate this on checkout and you will receive a notification once your purchase is prepared and ready for collection at our Farmington location.
